Quick & Easy Lemon Tarts

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
2/3 cups lemon juice
2 Tbs sour cream
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
whip cream

Whisk together eggs, lemon juice, sour cream and confectioners sugar till fully mixed. Add mixture to ready made mini tart shells and bake for 15-18 minutes at 325 degrees. Can be garnished with whip cream after it cools.
