Cinnamon Bruschetta with Pineapple-Strawberry Relish

Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple(chopped)
1 cup strawberries(chopped)
12 slices french bread (cut on diagonal 1/2 in. thick)
(dressing)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup lime juice
(glaze)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 powdered sugar(or Splenda)
warm water


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl combine pineapple, strawberries, honey and lime juice.
In a small bowl mix cinnamon, sugar, and a bit of warm water (until the consistency of royal icing), it's best to put in a squeeze bottle for easy serving.
Drizzle glaze on both sides of bread and bake for 10min.
Top with fruit relish and some extra glaze if you wish!
