Creamy Lemon Pie

Ingredients:
(crust)
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup (one stick) soft or melted butter
(filling)
3 egg yolks
(1) 14 ounce can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions:
(crust)
Mix sugar and graham cracker crumbs, then add butter. Stir until the butter is fully absorbed into crumbs. Pour the crumb mixture into a pie pan and then chill in the refrigerator until the filling is prepared. (It’s going to seem like you have too much…don’t worry, just firmly pat it flat on the bottom and up the sides)
