Raw Vegan Vanilla Cream

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup raw cashew, soaked overnight and drained
agave syrup
a pinch of Himalayan salt
1/2 vanilla pod

Directions:
Put the cashews in a blender with just enough water to cover them. Blend until smooth.
Add the sea salt, agave syrup and vanilla pod and continue blending until completely smooth.
Chill the cream for a few hours in order to firm a little. Serve with fresh fruits.
