Coconut Rice

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups basmati rice
2 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon tumeric (mostly for coloring)
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand, covered, until ready to serve.
