Ingredients:
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
pinch salt and pepper
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Pour or brush over meat of choice (I used chicken), cover, and let marinade over night.
